5.3 Hotjar

Hotjar helps us understand how you use the website through heatmaps, session recordings and feedback. It processes data in accordance with the Hotjar Privacy Policy.

5.4 Google reCAPTCHA

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. It is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We use advertising identifiers and tracking technologies to deliver personalised advertising across platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This includes building custom audiences and measuring ad performance through the Meta Pixel.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share certain data with advertising partners (such as Meta) for targeted advertising, as described in this policy. California residents can opt out of this sharing by writing to filip@firstprinciple.solutions or by adjusting their preferences in the cookie settings.

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time at filip@firstprinciple.solutions. Once we receive a valid request, we will:

• delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days
• ask our service providers to do the same, where applicable
• confirm the deletion to you by email

We may keep some data where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so, for example to prevent fraud.

Our website and services are not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data. If you suspect that we have inadvertently collected a child's data, write to us at filip@firstprinciple.solutions and we will delete the information without delay.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish every change on this page, together with a new “last updated” date. We recommend checking back occasionally. By continuing to use the website after changes are published, you agree to the updated version.
